At SIMCO, we like to talk about the reliability and longevity of our water well drilling equipment. But there’s nothing better than a customer demonstrating their faith in our rigs by purchasing their fifth water well drilling system from SIMCO Drilling Equipment, Inc.
Watson Pump & Well in Hollywood, Maryland recently took possession of their fifth SIMCO water well drilling rig and their first SIMCO 7000 water well drilling rig. Opened in 1978 by veteran Naval Airman Alva Watson Jr., the company looked to SIMCO Drilling Equipment, Inc. in Osceola, Iowa for the first of what would be four SIMCO 5000 rigs. As they grew and expanded their water well drilling services across Maryland and the East Coast, they continued to look to the dependability and performance of water well drilling rigs from SIMCO Drilling Equipment, Inc. to meet the needs of their clients.
Recently, the business was passed down to the second generation of drilling Watsons, Alva’s son Brian. When he needed to add to their stable of water well drilling equipment, he reached out to us, knowing first-hand the reliability and ruggedness of SIMCO Drilling Equipment, Inc. drill rigs. Our sales team had exactly what he was looking for; a 2010 SIMCO 7000 model refurbished for peak performance and like-new appearance. Brian knew he could count on SIMCO Drilling Equipment, Inc. to provide a tough, powerhouse drilling rig that is low-maintenance and user-friendly, and with the purchase of the 7000 he now has the top-of-the-line SIMCO water well drilling rig to get the job done.
SIMCO Drilling Equipment, Inc. is proud to be part of the hard work and dedication that has Watson Pump & Well poised to continue servicing Maryland water well customers for another forty years.
